Kat brings into the practice a tranquil, creative and warm light encouraging students to trust the ever changing tides of life so that they can live content lives full of love, health, meaning and radiance.

Originally from the lush and ambrosial countryside of Yorkshire in England, Kat spent her childhood climbing trees, reading fairy tales and loving her vegetable-growing grandparents. After higher education Kat spent ten years living fast and depleting her natural vibrancy while working in the fashion industry in London, and although it was a time she enjoyed, she soon realised that her deepest desire to be kind, happy and peaceful was fading into a pile of free champagne and designer handbags. Kat now resides in Getxo-Basque Country, northern Spain with her family and runs a yoga studio and European yoga retreats.

There is a part of you that always knows what is best for you, there is a part of you that always knows exactly what to do and where to walk in this life.
