La Casa del Yoga
As founder of La Casa del Yoga, Kat believes that radiant health comes from ease of the body, ease of the mind and heartfelt connections. La Casa del Yoga launched in 2013 and is constantly evolving to provide a unique service to their students, having become a sanctuary for all to experience positive life transformations, increased confidence, an abundance of health and a lightness of heart. We work with passion for one simple reason – because the world you experience is exactly what your mind and heart soaks in. See the timetable and map below for our new location.
There are daily classes, monthly workshops, courses and weekend retreats in various styles from vinyasa yoga, vinyasa krama, hatha yoga, pregnancy yoga, holistic yoga, Satsang, Yin & Yang and healthy food. We also offer private sessions and consultations upon request.
Classes are mostly in English with a few options in Spanish. If you have any questions or would like to book, simply contact me.

Workshop: Eat - Practice - Live

Yoga practice does not have to stop when you leave your mat. You can practice yoga in your kitchen, too!
In this workshop, you will learn about the Yogic and Ayurvedic approach to nutrition and receive a personal recommendation of foods and yoga poses that will help you feel balanced, stay healthy, and feel your very best.
Of course, a special yoga flow class is part of the workshop as well!
In this workshop we will discuss
The basics of the yogic and Ayurvedic approach to health, wellness and nutrition
The yogic approach to determining your body type, constitution and how it is affected by the food you eat
How you can use foods as medicine to stay healthy and feel more energized, focused, and balanced
How specific yoga poses can support your body type in feeling its best
About the teacher
Eva is a Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga instructor (RYT- 200). She has been a passionate student of yoga for over ten years. Over the summer she is working at La Casa del Yoga as a teacher, deepening and sharing her knowledge of yoga. She holds a degree in organizational psychology and has been trained in coaching and consulting, As a yoga teacher, she is now enjoying the opportunity to combine working with people with her love for yoga.
