Today´s been all about Julia Restoin Roitfeld’s Mini Me,
Madonna´s birthday bash and free boxing yoga with Sweaty Betty.
Slept a little bit better last night after meditating for an hour before bed (sounds intense but it’s really not. Just imagine sitting upright, comfortable and cosy in bed following your breath while listening to peaceful music – don’t you feel super sleepy and relaxed just reading those words? It’s so nice, I really recommend it If you find it hard to switch off, zzzzzzzz.)
Breakfast was sliced watermelon, hot porridge with pumpkin seeds and honey washed down with my daily shot of hot water and lemon swiftly followed by a soya latte and a muffin once I got into London – I know, 2 days in and I’m on the muffins, not to worry.
At the Red office it was full speed ahead as pictures landed on our desk of Alessandra Ambrosia and her daughter wearing matching tie-dye bikinis. Us girls went gooey-eyed and logged on to Julia Restoin Roitfeld’s super stylish blog Romy & The Bunnies to continue our coo. Check out Julia and her Mini Me wearing matching Kenzo jumpers and shower caps here http://www.redonline.co.uk/fashion/fashion_news/mini-me-fashion
Bella, you better watch out – you are so getting a duplicate of mummy’s A/W wardrobe.
Then with Madonna´s impending birthday on the horizon this Saturday we enjoyed looking through some golden oldie shots of the Queen of Pop herself, we really hope she doesn´t stop her half-naked fabulousness anytime soon.
For lunch I was reduced to eating my takeout tofu in a doorway as the heavens opened and finished with a fruit salad back at the office. Had ONE rhubarb and custard sweetie from the Red goodie shelf, just ONE.
And now I´m off to a free yoga class at the Sweaty Betty Store in Soho where they offer free yoga classes twice a week for all, find more details here http://www.sweatybetty.com/guest-instructors-guestinstructor/.
Have a lovely evening.
