I´m working in a Summer Camp throughout July here in Spain teaching English and yoga to kiddies - it´s amazing but very, very tiring so yesterday myself and all the girls hit the beach and did some yoga by the sea.
I just can´t seem to get enough of Garudasana arms at the moment, my achey shoulders and tired neck love the stretch and I swear it makes me taller? Yes by about 4 inches! :)
So, If you are feeling a little old lady/man-ish, stooping over and hunching your shoulders then try and add some Garudasana arms into your practice. You can pretty much pop them anywhere - Crescent Lunge, Parsvottanasana, Gomukhasana… and you´ll be walking around with added zest and life in not time.
Now, where is my bed??
