Today…. the ABSOLUTE best thing (and I do bang on about this because it’s true!) you can do for your body when you wake up after a detoxifying sleep is to drink a mug of hot water and lemon which will alkalize your entire being, wash the toxins from your body, cure constipation, beat the bloat, clear skin and cleanse your digestion.
