So put your chickpeas away and forget the hummus for a while and try this yummy scrummy pea dip:
What you need (just add more if you are serving more than 4 people)
2 cups of green peas, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper, ½ preserved lemon, juice of lemon, ½ tsp ginger powder, 1 tbsp olive oil.
Blend, smooth and enjoy with carrot stick and cucumber.
