“Please join me for a peaceful and fun weekend on the beautiful east coast of England at my new retreat house where we will learn or advance our meditation practice, walk in nature, journal, rest, contemplate, eat and relax.” Kat

In 2012, I followed my heart to Spain with my young family and launched Bilbao Yoga Retreats. Over the years, that journey has taught me the power of pausing, the beauty of nature, and the deep need for space to simply breathe. Now I’ve returned to the UK coastline, to Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire, and opened Wild Heart House — a simple retreat rest-house by the sea.

These retreats are accessible, affordable, and intentionally small. Each weekend is a chance to step away from daily noise, reconnect with your centre, and immerse yourself fully in self-love, meditation, and the healing rhythm of the coast.

My intention is to help you de-stress , find your centre, to give you tools that have helped me over the years, to help you understand and befriend your mind and ultimately to help you create a loving relationship with yourself and others.


What’s Included

2 nights’ stay in my cozy coastal retreat house (shared or private room options)

Friday evening welcoming dinner and opening ceremony with complimentary resources

The UK retreat house is a Victoria Town house from 1888 and has lots of peaceful space for you to enjoy and relax.

Friday

From 3:00pm – Arrivals, grounding & free time

8:00pm – Welcoming vegetarian dinner & opening circle

Saturday

Morning – Free time for breakfast

11:00am – Group nature walk & guided beach meditation

2:30pm – Vegetarian lunch at the retreat house

4:00–6:30pm – Workshop: Befriending Your Mind (breathwork, meditation & self-awareness)

7:30pm – Nourishing vegetarian dinner & evening reflection circle

Sunday

Morning – Free time for breakfast

10:00–11:30am – Gentle movement & guided meditation (self-love focus)

11:30am–12:00pm – Closing circle

12:00pm – Departures with an open heart

Booking your retreat

Payment Details

A deposit is required at the time of booking and the rest of the payment is due two weeks before the retreat start date. Please email Kat to check availability for your dates and use the Paypal button below. If you do not have Paypal Kat is happy to find another way for you to make the transfer.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is fully refundable if the retreat is cancelled 3 weeks before the retreat date. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.

Once the retreat has started there are no refunds.
