Kat is just amazing... her knowledge base of all aspects of her yoga teachings is truly great and shines through on each and every practice. Her teaching methods are wonderful... She is just so calm and encouraging. Kat also introduces a fun element to her classes which adds another dimension. Just lovely

I love dark chocolate but it was the first time that I experienced a cacao ceremony at the Yoga class – it made me feel so free and blissful in my body.… I know that there would be a lot more cacao in my life and thank you for having the crystal bowl ringing class at the end. Wonderful vibrating sounds, deep relaxation...

What a beautiful experience! As a first time solo traveller and yoga beginner, this retreat was exactly what I was looking for. Kat is a fantastic teacher and takes the classes beyond just a physical practice, sharing a taste of the true meaning and purpose of yoga.

The highlight of the weekend for me was practising yin yoga to the sounds of live acoustic guitar, during a thunderstorm! It was a magical night and I felt very privileged to share that special experience with the rest of the group.

It was great to be able to practice and learn different types of yoga along with some very useful Buddhist mindfulness techniques. Kat is a great, inspiring teacher. Every practice was different, varied and suitable for all levels and we even got the chance to do a class on the beach one morning which was an experience!

This is my 2nd yoga retreat I have been on with Kat and could not recommend them highly enough. I have just completed my final year at uni and these retreats have really helped me with my stress levels as a student with deadlines and exams always on my mind.

Kat’s yoga retreat caters for anyone and everyone whatever your experience may be. Her beautiful house and lovely family make you feel so welcome, not to mention the food!
— Scarlet Wildernk, 2014

The food was absolutely wonderful, being tasty and wholesome, I also thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to visit the Guggenheim museum as well as indulging in some of the best surf Europe has to offer. Overall, the retreat felt like a home away from home and I count myself incredibly lucky to have gone.

This boutique retreat in the Basque region is the perfect place for non-yogis to start a love affair with the practice (and maybe themselves).

The feel and vibe at the retreat is very boho and communal (as you’d expect), less about luxury, more about simplicity and building a loving, calm and supportive environment for all yogis. One of the best things about this retreat is that you get to try lots of different styles of yoga practice from Hatha, Yin, Sivandanda, Vinyasa flow to Hot yoga (which is my personal favourite).
