What a powerful few weeks we have experienced with a whole mirage of overwhelming emotions taking us on a totally new trip - at times I have found myself full of fear and panic (mostly when I got myself a bit stranded in the UK on a trip home but I made it back to Ru and the kids safely!) and others full of immense gratitude, accompanied by mini moments of enlightenment as we all collectively witness the grateful depths of our beings for everything we hold dear. Has it been the same for you? I am practicing more than ever right now (I’m so lucky that Jacob loves long siestas) I am bowing with every single breath to the cosmic powers: the sun, the moon, the stars and the deeper wisdom of all things. God once again shows us who is the big boss and what life truly is about.
Last night as I walked our dog Otto, on the empty streets of Getxo the nation began their daily celebration with clapping, fireworks and singing from the balconies to praise the medical staff around the country - people played opera out of the windows, shouted supportive encouraging wishes to their neighbours, laughed, cried and exploded in human magic. Oh! how beautiful our collective human hearts truly are. Could this be the way forward? Maybe Jesus was right after all. Seriously.
Classes for YOU. My family and I have had a lovely time connecting with you over a Instagram Direct offering mini classes and evening self-care rituals - thanks for joining us! I have started to realise that as this situations looks set to continue, that you will need more meaty, full and complete classes for all different levels. I contemplated getting all professional and streaming from the app ZOOM and then I realized that if I do that I would be making the classes less accessible to people, like myself, who don’t exactly excel with technology... so I will continue to offer the classes on Instagram Direct/Live. The classes will range from Yoga for beginners, deep, slow and introspective hatha classes for all levels to vinyasa basics and advanced freedom flows.

We’ll keep things simple and yummy.
Wednesday 25 - Healing Vinyasa Flow 17.30-18.30. Balance and support your immune and nervous system with a deep introspective class that will melt stress and anxiety and restore your energy. There will be flow!
Jueves 26 - Vinyasa for stress relief 17.30-18.30. A spacious and compassionate flow with specialized breathing, hip opening and twists to help everyone feel inner harmony.
